David Morse brings 30+ years of experience as a Certified Chef, Baker and Food Service Director, and 17 years of experience as a Teacher to his training sessions for Food Service Managers and Food Handlers.
David is certified by the County of San Diego to teach Food Handlers’ classes and to issue a 3-year Food Handler’s Card, and he works as a Trainer for both Safe-At-The-Plate and Prometric food safety training companies, giving 8-hour Certified Food Service Manager
training classes. He is a Certified Test Administrator for the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals and for the Prometric Food Service Manager’s Certificates, two of the three officially-recognized tests in the State of California. He is also a Certified Test Proctor for ServSafe Food Service Manager's Tests.
